- The McBride Foundation requires grant applicants to be a resident of the state of Oklahoma. Researchers must be working on or have a "terminal" degree (MD, PhD or the equivalent). All grants must be for musculoskeletal diseases.
- Applications with direct costs of up to $25,000 per year will be considered.
- Requests for overhead and/or construction or renovation costs will not be considered.
- Applicants must be based and research must take place in Oklahoma.
- Funded researchers will be expected to present the progress and results of their work to the McBride Foundation.
